Full Marketing for an Independent Machinery Dealer
Lift Truck Services were looking to increase the number of leads that they received for the hire, sale and repair of material handling equipment. Previously they were reliant on word-of-mouth referrals and repeated contracts to get new business. LTS recognised that they were operating in an increasingly competitive market with a number of competitors offering similar products. They also identified that there was potential for growth within the West Midlands area using social media and more effective online advertising.
To do this I developed a working strategy that identified areas to increase awareness and generate leads for the in-house LTS sales team. I then implemented this strategy through digital products including Google Ads and social media sites including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram achieving excellent results and maximising return on investment whilst staying within the assigned marketing budget.
